SigmaFlow is committed to providing our customers with timely and high quality maintenance and after-sales support.
We provide a hot line technical support number (972-447-8340) for the purpose of providing user assistance and guidance in the implementation of the software. The technical support number is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m Central Standard Time.
Our software maintenance service also includes the following:
- Free Updates to new software enhancements.
- Ability to have the same license on your laptop and on a second computer.
- Ability to transfer your license to another user.
- Access to Online Support Center and Phone Support. Those in our maintenance program can search our knowledgebase for answers to frequently asked questions, submit and track question tickets, and download example files.
- Error corrections.
- The ability to reload your license if your computer crashes, is lost or stolen or you get a new computer.
SigmaFlow’s software also comes with detailed help files, instructional movies and other media for ensuring a rewarding after-sales experience.
Maintenance and support is available for US and International customers.
